June 22nd, 2010 3:41pm in delete spam, delete users, drupal, spam

So your users table has too many spam users because you forgot to configure Captcha on your user registration page? Yeah, one of our new clients had the same problem. There’s a ton of info online about preventing spam users from signing up, but not a whole lot on what to do AFTER they’re already in your production database.

How would The White House use Basecamp to reform Healthcare?

November 4th, 2009 12:38pm in 37signals, basecamp, healthcare, healthcare reform, obama, the white house

I'm a big fan of Basecamp from 37signals (and Highrise) and use it all the time in managing projects that Ten Seven is involved with.

Introducing Write On Riot, a brand that encourages customers to write its tagline

October 21st, 2009 3:29pm in clients, css, html, jquery, web app, website, wor, write on riot

We’re proud to be removing the shrink wrap from our newest work, Write On Riot, a brand that lets its customers write the tagline. It’s an experiment by Rob Dalton and Keith Sherman in conceiving and building a brand from scratch, relying exclusively on social media for its success or failure.

From sketch to site

Rob walked into our office today after we had been talking about the WriteOn-Riot website with a hand-drawn sketch of what he thought the interim page should look like. Of course, we had to oblige his detailed request.

Not only does Ten Seven do pixel perfect PSD to HTML, we do pixel perfect hand-drawn-sketch to HTML.

September 3rd, 2009 5:15pm in basecamp, drupal, html, seminar, talk, workshop
